This Privacy Policy explains how Cintueng Noodle ("Cintueng", "we", "us"), a noodle maker in Nakhon Sawan, Thailand, handles information on cintuengnoodle.com and in our internal content tool Sintueng Poster.

1. Information we collect

Website and order forms. When you send an order or enquiry, we collect the details you type in, such as your name, phone number, LINE ID, delivery address and order notes.

Sintueng Poster (TikTok integration). Sintueng Poster is used only by our own staff to upload content to Cintueng's own TikTok account. When the account owner logs in with TikTok, we receive from TikTok: the account's open ID, display name and avatar (scope `user.info.basic`), and an access token that allows us to upload drafts (scope `video.upload`). We do not collect data about other TikTok users, followers or viewers.

2. How we use information

• To process and deliver orders and reply to enquiries.
• To show which TikTok account is connected and to upload photos or videos that our team has already approved to that account's TikTok inbox as drafts. The account owner reviews and publishes every post manually in the TikTok app.
• We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising profiles.

3. Storage and security

Order data and TikTok access tokens are stored on our private server in encrypted connections (HTTPS) and are only accessible to the Cintueng team. TikTok tokens are kept only as long as the integration is in use.

4. Sharing

We share information only with services needed to run our business (for example delivery companies for your order, and TikTok when uploading our own content), or when required by Thai law.

5. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also disconnect Sintueng Poster at any time in TikTok under *Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions*; after disconnection we delete the stored token.
