What's in the pack

Just noodles in the pack — season them any way you like

01

3 blocks of air-dried noodles

Thin round noodles like those in Thai noodle shops, air-dried instead of fried. One block makes one bowl

02

No seasoning, no fried garlic oil

The pack contains only noodles, so there's no seasoning powder or oil you didn't ask for

03

Season them any way you want

Add your own broth, toss them dry, stir-fry them or make tom yum — your recipe, your way

What they're like after cooking

Straight, springy, not curly

Because they aren't fried, the noodles have no oil coating. After 2 minutes in boiling water, they turn back into springy noodles, with no oil floating on the broth.

Leave them in the bowl for a while and you can still lift them out strand by strand — no soggy clumps. That's what customers mean when they say it's “like eating fresh noodles.”
