1. Website and orders

Product information and prices on this website may change without notice. An order is confirmed only after our team contacts you and payment is received. If a product is not right, contact us and we will help.

2. Sintueng Poster

• Sintueng Poster is used only by the Cintueng team to manage content for Cintueng's own TikTok account. It is not offered to the public.
• The tool uploads photos and videos that our team has approved to the connected TikTok account as drafts. It never publishes automatically; the account owner publishes each post manually in the TikTok app.
• All content uploaded through the tool is owned by Cintueng or used with permission, and must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok's own terms. The connected account can remove the tool's access at any time in TikTok's app permission settings.

3. Intellectual property

The Cintueng name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to Cintueng Noodle and may not be used without permission.

4. Limitation of liability

We provide the website and tools "as is" and are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use, to the extent permitted by Thai law.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
