How to cook the Cintueng red pack

Bring plain water to a boil
Use about 1 litre of water per noodle block

Add the air-dried noodles, boil 2 minutes
Stir gently to loosen, then lift out and drain

Season to taste
Toss with garlic oil and soy sauce for dry noodles, or add hot broth for noodle soup

Add your favourite toppings
Meatballs, pork mince, red BBQ pork, spring onions, coriander — then dig in

How many bowls does one pack make?
3 bowls (3 noodle blocks). If you're extra hungry, use 2 blocks for one bowl.
Is there seasoning in the pack?
No. The red pack contains only 3 noodle blocks. Season them however you like, using your own broth or seasonings at home.
Can I use them for stir-fried noodles?
Yes. Boil for 2 minutes, drain, then stir-fry. The noodles won't break or turn mushy.
