About the noodles
What are air-dried noodles, and how are they different from regular instant noodles?
They're noodles dried with hot air instead of being fried in oil. So there's no oil coating on the noodles, no oily film on the broth after cooking, and the noodles cook up with a texture similar to fresh noodles.
Why do you say the texture is like fresh noodles?
Because the noodles aren't fried, their texture stays close to fresh noodles. After 2 minutes of boiling, they're springy, soft and straight, not curly, and they don't go soggy fast. Many customers tell us themselves it's “like eating fresh noodles.”
Do they contain preservatives?
Air-drying brings the moisture in the noodles down so low that they keep without refrigeration. The full ingredient list is printed on the label of every pack.
Cooking and storage
How long do I boil them?
2 minutes in boiling water, no soaking needed. See the full method on the How to cook page.
How long do they keep?
1 year at room temperature, no refrigeration needed. Keep them out of sunlight and moisture, and reseal the bag tightly after opening.
How many people does one pack serve?
The 195 g red pack has 3 noodle blocks and makes about 3 bowls.

How much is postage, and where do you deliver?
We deliver Thailand-wide by courier. Postage depends on quantity and location, and it's free when you reach a set quantity. For delivery to Australia, enquire on LINE. We'll send the details on LINE when we confirm your order.
Can you deliver to Australia?
Enquire with us on LINE. The noodles are air-dried and keep for 1 year, so they travel well, and customers regularly order them to eat overseas. We'll talk you through delivery options and costs.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or PromptPay (Thailand). We'll send the account details on LINE after confirming your order. Once you send the payment slip, we dispatch the next business day.
